Items purchased during the registration process of the Spartan Virtual Workout  will be ship latest 5 weeks after order date. Delivery is only possible within the EU except Norway and Switzerland.
Items that are still in the condition you received them may be returned or exchanged within 31 days of receiving your order. You may begin the return process by confirming the following:

1. Check the date of your order to ensure that it is within this 31 day period.
2. Ensure that the item is unworn/undamaged and has the original price tag and packaging. 
3. Please send us an e-mail regarding your request at [e-mail] and we will inform you of the return address in this way.

Items that meet these requirements may be returned for a full refund or an exchange in size. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Coupon codes can’t be used to purshase a Spartan Virtual Workout Tour package. 

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race WEU  then the cost to reship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race,WEU. (please make sure to include pictures for these items when emailing in). Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
