The minimum age to compete in a Spartan Race event is 16 for the Sprint and 18 for the Super or Beast. Each under 18 year old must present a proxy signed by both parents or legal guardians, expressing their agreement to have their child participate, accompanied by an adult who will follow them during the race.
For younger children will be organized the Spartan Kids, from 4 to 13 years old.
