Are you a New Spartan?

If this is your first Spartan Race there are a few things you need to know in order to be prepared for the event.

During the days before the race you will receive emails that will tell you everything you need to know about the race: in the Athlete's Guide you will find the schedule of the day, the address of the race, the location of the car parks, the documents to be presented at the Registration Area and much more.

At each event there will be car parking spaces provided by the organisation. (You can find the GPS location in the Athlete's Guide).

There will also be a Bag Check where you can leave your effects and bring them back at the end of the race and a first aid station with water, bandages, doctors and an ambulance service, ready for any kind of need.

Along the race there will be volunteers who will monitor the progress of the race and who will be available for any needs or requirements. If you want you can be a volunteer one day! You can find more information here.

At the event location there will always be dedicated places where you can get something to eat in accordance with the new regulations and along the route there will be refreshment points with water and snacks.

Along the route you will find several photographers: you can see all your photos after the event here.
At the end of the race you will receive a T-shirt and a finisher's medal and a bottle of water and a banana.

The official results are published 24/48 hours after the end of the event in the results section of our website.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions no spectators will be allowed to enter and no showers or changing rooms will be provided.

You will also have to keep your hands clean and wear a mask at all times except for the time of your run. Mutual spacing and hygienic points will be guaranteed throughout the event.
