Hurricane Heat is a team event designed to take your mental and physical abilities beyond new limits.
Expect grueling physical tasks, problems to solve, leadership challenges, as well as solo performances in extreme conditions.
Each Hurricane Heat event is completely unpredictable. Being sure you are in good all-around physical shape is the key to an enjoyable and successful event.
Running training over set distances and working with weights are great preparation, as are free body workouts: push-ups, dips, burpees and jumping jacks.
